Digital Service — No Physical Shipment

TruePolicy is a fully digital agent-discovery and verification platform. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. All services purchased on TruePolicy — agent registration, verification, subscription tiers (Basic, Premium, Agency) — are delivered electronically and activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation from our payment partner (Razorpay).

Service Activation Timeline

• Agent registration (₹9 verification fee): account is created instantly on payment. Document upload + system verification typically completes within 24 hours; profile goes live the same moment the agent passes both Aadhaar and IRDAI verification.
• Subscription plans (Basic / Premium / Agency): activated immediately upon payment. Annual coverage starts from the activation moment and runs for 365 days.
• Agency seats (sub-agent invites): issued instantly; the join link is valid for 14 days from creation.

Delivery Confirmation

On successful payment, you'll receive a confirmation email at the address on file from noreply@truepolicy.in with a payment receipt and a link to your dashboard where the purchased service is immediately available. If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@truepolicy.in.
