Do you earn commission on policies?

No. TruePolicy is a directory. We don't sell, recommend, or facilitate any insurance purchase — all policies are issued by the IRDAI-licensed agents and agencies you contact.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Individual agents on Basic can upgrade to Premium from the dashboard. Agencies on Basic can upgrade to Elite the same way. Annual billing, no penalty.

How does agency team management work?

After paying ₹49, the agency owner can email-invite sub-agents from their dashboard. Each sub-agent signs up free (covered by the agency) and uploads their own IRDAI licence before going live. Basic caps at 9; Elite is unlimited.
